If you have an active recurring payment, the way to cancel it depends on the type of payment involved.
When it comes to subscriptions or recurring charges from external services, such as streaming platforms, toll services, or similar, the cancellation must be done directly with the merchant or the entity responsible for the charge. Since the management of these authorizations is handled outside Moey, we are unable to cancel these payments on your behalf. If you want to avoid future charges associated with your card, you may also consider cancelling it.
If the payment has already been processed and you need a receipt or more information about the charge, you should contact the merchant directly.
Recurring transfers you have set up in Moey can be managed directly in the App. Simply go to In&Out > Recurring Transfers, select the transfer you want to cancel, and confirm the action.
