If you received a notification and see a pending hold on your Moey account that you don't recognize, don't worry. In some cases, it's just a display error or a declined transfer.
It could be one of these situations:
- Display error in the app: the pending hold disappears automatically and you don't need to do anything;
- Transaction pending confirmation: the merchant has not yet reported the final status of the payment you made.
If you suspect fraud, contact us immediately. The sooner you let us know, the faster we can review the case and help protect your account.
