How can I deactivate direct debits?

To deactivate a direct debit:

  • |In & Out|
  • |Others|
  • Select |Direct Debits|
  • Swipe the direct debit you want to deactivate

If you want you can disable a direct debit temporarily and enable it later.
To cancel a direct debit you have to contact the merchant / service.
