If you want to reclaim a direct debit, you can do it directly in the Moey app. 💚
Open the direct debit transaction you want to reclaim, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select Revoke direct debit. Then just confirm the request.
The revocation option is available for 8 weeks after the debit date and only for direct debits charged to your Moey account.
If you believe the direct debit was charged incorrectly by a merchant, we recommend contacting them directly to clarify the situation and request the relevant refund.
