You can check the status of any payment directly in the movement details in your App. If the payment was completed successfully, the movement will normally appear in the Feed.
If it is still waiting for confirmation from the merchant, you will see an alert in the movement itself indicating that the payment is pending. In these cases, this does not necessarily mean there is a problem, only that final confirmation has not yet been received.
In very rare cases, there may be delays in communication with the payment processors. When this happens, you may see an indication that the payment can take up to 24 hours to be processed. If that is the case, just wait for the information to update automatically in the movement Feed in your App.
If the payment is not confirmed, the reserved amount will be released automatically in your account, without you needing to do anything.
If the merchant has already confirmed the cancellation or refund of the purchase, but the deadline they gave you to receive the amount has already passed, you can send us the relevant proof through our official contact channels. We will review the situation with you and help you understand what happened.
