In case of loss or theft, please cancel your card immediately, go to |Cards| > | Choose the card| > |Cancel Card|.
You can ask for a new card immediately, just choose |Request card| and state the reason why.
Please confirm the address to make sure you receive your card without any issues.
If all goes well, you’ll receive your new card within 5 to 10 business days.
