How can I change my number?

If you want to change your phone number and have access to your moey| account, do the following steps:

  1. Go to |Profile| in the |my moey!| menu;
  2. Press |See Profile|;
  3. Click on the pencil icone in front of your number;
  4. Insert your new number;
  5. You are going to receive an SMS in your new number with a code to insert in the app;
  6. Afterwards you will receive an email with another 6 digit code to insert in the app;
  7. Now you can access your moey! account with your new number.

If you can't log in and want to change your number:

  1. Go to the initial menu in the moey! app;
  2. Press |Change number|;
  3. Insert your new number;
  4. You are going to receive an SMS in your new number with a code to insert in the app;
  5. Afterwards you will receive an email with another 6 digit code to insert in the app;
  6. Now you can access your moey! account with your new number.
