How can I change my number?

To change your number and if you can log in to your app, follow these steps:

  1. Go to |Profile| in the |my moey!| menu;
  2. Click on |View Profile|
  3. Press the pencil in front of your mobile phone number;
  4. Enter your new number; 
  5. You'll receive an SMS with a new number code to enter into the app;
  6. Then you'll receive an email with another 6-digit code to enter into the app; 
  7. You can now access the app with your new number. 

 

If you can't log in to your App and want to change your number:

  1. On the ‘WELCOME!’ screen, click on |Access problems|; 
  2. Click on ‘I need to change my mobile number’;
  3. Enter your new number; 
  4. You'll receive an SMS with a code for the new number to enter into the App;
  5. Enter your old number;
  6. Enter the passcode to access your moey App!
  7. Then you'll receive an email with a link that will redirect you back to the App.

Et voilá! You can now access the app with your new number.
