Received your card? Great! 🎉
Now you just need to activate it in the Moey App to start using it. Just open the App, go to the cards area, select your physical card, and choose the option to activate it.
During the process, we’ll ask you for the 4 digits printed on the card to confirm that you already have it with you. Once the activation is complete, you’ll receive the PIN by SMS to the mobile number linked to your account.
If you don’t receive the PIN or need to request it again, you can do it directly in the App. If you run into any difficulty during activation, try closing and reopening the App and make sure your mobile number is up to date. In many cases, that’s enough to solve the issue.
