If you want to change your access code, you can do it directly in the Moey app. Just select "I forgot!" on the sign-in screen or go to My Moey > Profile > Change app access code.
To complete the process, you will receive an email with the necessary instructions. Make sure you open it on the same smartphone where you have the app installed. If you use an iPhone, we recommend opening the link in Safari.
If you are having trouble changing your code or an error message appears, try reinstalling the app and restarting your phone before starting the process again.
It may also help to delete old SMS messages with verification codes, especially if your phone automatically fills in received codes. This helps prevent an incorrect code from being used during verification.
