If the proof you sent was rejected and you received a push-notification with this information, you should log in to the moey! App and submit a new proof.
Make sure that the proof meets the following requirements:
- The proof is legible and has no erasures or cuts;
- The proof has an issue date of less than 3 months, with the exception of the employment contract (it must identify the date of the beginning of services, the place of work and be signed at least by the employer) and the IRS declaration (it must be the last annual declaration).
You have 90 days to send us a new document - otherwise the account opening process will be closed.
