- The campaign is still active;
- The return period for the purchase has not yet expired;
- You haven’t returned the purchase.
If you’ve met all the criteria, you’ll be able to see the cashback in your app; however, it may not have been processed yet, since the average time for the credit to appear in your Moey account is 15 days.
