If you are checking a national IBAN, there are daily limits that may prevent you from seeing the name of the 1st account holder of the destination account in the App, whenever you try to make a transfer but repeatedly fail to complete it successfully.
You should wait and the service will be made available again without you having to contact us.
Even if you can't see the name, you can still make transfers.
In the case of transfers to international IBANs, this functionality is not yet available.
