If you have you lost your phone, or if it was stolen, your moey! account will continue to work normally.
To continue to use the app all you need is to install it on a new phone and insert your phone number.
If you also changed your number, there is an option on the loading screen where you can update to your new number.
For security reasons, we suggest you change your moey! access code.
You can change your code directly on the app, in one of two ways:
1. Load the app and, when asked for your code, choose the option |Forgot Code|
2. Go to |My moey!| > |Profile| > |See Profile| and choose the option to change the code.
